About the cards
How to read tarot without fooling yourself
What the deck is
Seventy-eight cards — twenty-two Major Arcana and fifty-six Minor, in the Rider–Waite–Smith tradition. Each card is an archetype: a human situation drawn in symbols. Nothing supernatural is required for a spread to be useful.
How we draw
Every draw is a fair, unbiased shuffle. We never weight the deck toward drama or a reading that pushes you to buy something. The card you see is the card the randomness gave you.
How to use it well
Treat a spread as a mirror, not a forecast. Its value is in what an image makes you notice about a question you already carry — not in predicting a fixed future. Nothing here is fate.
